We are a CAA Part 102 drone operator based in Whangarei, Te Tai Tokerau (Northland), New Zealand.

Holding a Part 102 certification with the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA), Horizon Drones prioritises safety and regulatory compliance in all drone operations. Our certification underscores our commitment and utmost professionalism and responsibility. Our particular Part 102 provides a range of additional flight privileges not normally available under standard drone operations. 

Supporting our community:

Horizon Drones supports Northland Land Search and Rescue in their mission of providing SAR services for the lost, missing and injured. We are proud to be able to volunteer drone services at no cost to Northland LandSAR or the community.
